My SIL swears by it but I'm not sure whether to use this instead of stronghold for my pats.

I'd be very suspicious of this product - not only in the efficiency claims on the link with no scientific references to confirm with, but I'd also be concerned about the mineral levels in this that could be in the longer term harmful to health. Would you want to take this yourself and would you be concerned about your long term health if you did?
