Need some advice about RATS please...

We are going to buy a pair of rats and have a few Qs...

1. Is how big a cage do they need? I have seen a rat cage at the petshop but looked online and saw BIG rat cages so am worried the petshop one is abit small - here

2. Although they have other rats, there is a pair in another 'adoption' section we were looking at but were abit worried as they were older (7 months and 9 months) that they might be passed being able to be handled. I am sure I will think of more...

i had rats as a teenager.
think the cage looks a bit on the small side IMO.

I had mine from babies. Hence they were very used to be handled by myself and my smaller bros and sis.

That rat cage has a good reputation among the rat keeping community.

I would get young rats, you can handle them from the start.
