Best dog-friendly places in London?

Any London dog-owners out there? Which parks do you enjoy the most with your dogs and can anyone point me towards a website that lists dog-friendly caffs and the like?

I'm in SW5 so will probably frequent Holland and Battersea Parks the most, but wondered if there are any less well-known gems out there I don't know about

Oaks Park in Carshalton is very doggy and has a cafe you can sit outside with lots of dogs.

That's just the sort of place I'm looking for thanks herc - not sure how far Carshalton is out of London but might make a nice trip out of town one day

It's in Sutton. It's full of people walking dogs and a very social place. Nice cafe (egg and chips sort with icecreams etc) and lots of outside seating with places to tie dogs up with bowls of water.

richmond park, loads more space than anywhere else and lots of water (if your dog likes swimming).
