and also if you have 2 cats do you have to insure them both seperately or can you get joint insurance for both together?

I have 4 cats and pay £32 a month for them all together, with Petplan.

Be sure to read the small print - some policies don't give lifetime cover for an illness, so if they develop a long term condition you'll only be covered in the first year.

Good luck!

I have two cats and pay £8 a month each with Petplan. I looked into the Tesco one, but it doesn't offer lifetime cover which means that if your cat has a chronic condition they won't be covered after the first year in which it is diagnosed. I didn't think that was worth the risk.

I've just had a quote for just under £20 a month for two from Petplan. (Did I say that we are getting new kittens?). Agree you should check the small print, there are lots of different deals.
