I feel thick asking this but i aquired a golden lab and the owner said he had been neutered but he still has his veg. Are they fibbing?

When dogs are neutered the testes are always removed. If in doubt your vet will check him out and confirm things

No polite way to ask this - does he hump? I know that's not conclusive evidence one way or the other, but I guess the only other way would be a sperm count
