It's lumpy brown, so we aren't sure if it's one or the other. Always by the front door in the same spot

she is otherwise well - any ideas?

I don;t think we are overfeeding her and we don;t give her milk

I've only had her a week!

DP calls it "shick"

What else can I do? It's difficult to resrict access in this house (Crap 1980s open plan design)

Could it be regurgitated cat food?

Our cat has been known to chuck up partly digested cat biscuits (GoCat type ones). We don't give them to her since discovering this but she steals them from the neighbour's cat.

No, it's brown, like diarrhoea (sorry emetophobes) with lumps in.

She did vom up some go cat last night, just before I had my dinner (nice) but that was sick, this is ambiguous

Vet?

SomeLikeItHot · 22/01/2009 10:40

I am having exact same problem with my cat, except i'm finding the "shick" (perfect description!)everywhere... yesterday it was in my shoe [boak] My cat is 8 years old and has only been doing this for last 2 or 3 months..

Have you wormed your cat? I thought it might be that but has made no difference to mine.

Think it will be trip to vets for mine and see if they can find something wrong.

SheikYerbouti · 22/01/2009 10:54

Ew at shick in shoe.

Anyway, she has done it again this morning

I think a trip to the vets is well in order. She was wormed the day before we got her.

Oh god, I hope we haven't made her poorly

I didnt even attempt to clean it just threw them in the bin and threw cat out the back door!!

Is your cats shick mucussy [sp?]??

I doubt you've made her ill... my mum has suggested to me that it might be a nervous/stress thing... to be honest my cat is harrased a lot by my dog so she could have a point

SheikYerbouti · 22/01/2009 16:08

Yes, cat could be made nervous by 2 marauding boys under 5.

FURBALLS!!!

One of my cats gets vile runny poo a few days after being wormed, I got some stuff from the vet called pro-kolin which is a pro biotic plus kaolin which sorted him out.

iamnotimpressed · 12/02/2009 11:33

My cat did this the other night. But how clever, he did it in the bath. its like he knew he shouldnt do it on the limestone floor!
