Not from what I've read; rabbits kick out and squash guineas and they eat different food so not compatible for same cages

DD had a rabbit and guinea pig living together quite happily - the guinea pig was definitely boss. They ate guinea pig food, which has more vitamin C and it didn't seem to harm the rabbit - when the guinea pig died I offered rabbit food, but she didn't like it and she lived another 7 years happily eting guinea pig food.

When we bought them, the pet shop owner put them together for a week to see that they would get along, and when the guinea died, he advised against getting another one, as there was a danger the rabbit might not accept it.
In your case putting a guinea pig or two in with a pair of established rabbits might not be a good idea - and four animals in together would need a pretty big cage.
