Her litter tray is in the kitchen. she is 3 yrs old.

my Persian will sometimes wee on mats. Like the door mat. I put this down to the fact that we got her at 5 months old and she had never been outside. She will poo indoors if she is accidently shut in somewhere, she won't hang on very long.

She also has an indoor tray and a catflap

Biglips · 07/01/2009 18:02

In this weather, if they are used to doing a bit outside then yes its normal. 2 of my cats use the litter tray. The other goes outside. At moment she can't dig a hole in the earth so I think shes just crossong her legs.
