have you actually been to a vets and used their prescribed drops?
my 1 year old lab bitch has had 2 nasty ear infections over the last few months and has responded to ear drops. These drops are very strong and contain steriods, and I am not allowed to even administer them (am 30 weeks pregnant) so very much doubt you could get them from a pet shop.........but could be wrong
I think it is cannural drops?

Anyway could be more than mites and need antibiotics/steroids?

this is quite useful.

Please Please Please take your dog to the vets and get it treated, sounds like it is miserable and not eating etc as a result

My lab has had constant ear problems and what has cleaned them up is cleaning his ears twice a week (now, to begin it was every day for at least 2 weeks) he had a 2 week course of anti-biotics, steroid injection and cannural drops in the ear (brill stuff!) he's been fine now for about 3 months after 5 years of constsnt soreness and flare ups....take him back to another vet if need be! My dog had got very bad and was scratching so much he has scarred his ears...due more to our first vet not diagnosing properly Good luck.

Cannural drops were fantastic for our two. The poor things had more ear mites than ear practically, but it cleared up within a week.

Suggest you go back to the vets. Good luck.
