Sori for long story but here goes....friend just got back from Ireland. His friend is social worker who told him of a woman with 12 kids who also had 3 dogs. The kids were going into care and the dogs needed re-homing my friend took pity on a 1year old border collie who had been chained up outside from a puppy he brought the dog [male] back to u.k. but is now having to start full time work. Dog is typical border collie but is very energetic and has started chewing outta boredom he's quite obedient but will wet on the floor when told off. My friend is now desperate to re-home the poor thing so i'm trying to find a border collie experienced owner or rescue near s/e London or Kent to break the cycle of being passed from 1 home to another. This is a beautiful dog who has just had a bad start in life, I would have him myself but I have a staff who doesnt get along with other dogs. Can any MNs help?.
