How do i stop my cat spraying??

It is driving me to despair!!

ive got to get rid of my beloved sofa bean bag as the damn cat has totally ruined it now and stinks of piss no matter what i clean it with

my lovely laminate flooring is starting to bubble at the joins where under the beanbag was wet for a good few days before i realised it was underneith as well as on top!

there is a corner in my kitchen that he contiunally goes to no matter what i put there

HELP!!!

removal of testicles (if still attached)

thorough cleaning of previously sprayed areas with non-ammonia based solution (e.g. biological washing powder solution or specialist product e.g. Simple Solution)

use of Feliway diffuser containing cat appeasing pheromones so he's more chilled & thinks the house smells lovely as it is without the addition of his urine.
