I need a heavy duty cat door - any ideas where to get one from? The one I have is my 3rd door & it has been mended 7 times already

The childminded children post toys out of it

The poor cat doesn't know if he is coming or going as he gets shoved through it

I need something a bit more substantial

Any ideas where I can get one from?

Hi Katy, is a flap that works via a magnet on your cats collar?

No

Just a flip/flop one

I have just seen one for £33

A magnetic one may be better as the mindees can't "post" through it. My catflap takes up the whole doorway and is opened by the doorhandle! (and by mindees, under supervision of course!)

We had a Staywell magnetic one but that got trashed by cats several times despite being very expensive !

We went through a phase where I was phoning Staywell every few weeks for replacements/repairs etc until I got fed up and we just didn't bother with one again (it was during house renovations that involved a new door so we just didn't install one)
