Puppies and Real Bones

We have a lab puppy, 11 weeks old, and as she's so chewy and bitey I'm wondering if I should get her a butcher's bone.

Can one of you experienced dog owners please tell me if I should do this, or is she far too young?

She will be fine with any bones (including chicken!), as long as it's uncooked. You should never give cooked bones of any kind, to any dog.

Frozen (raw) chicken wings/pieces are really good for helping pups with their teeth, just be careful where you give them it, some pups can be messy with them.

Stopfighting - I have reared my dog on the barf (bones and raw food) diet. There's lots of information online if you want to google it. He had raw bones from the minute I brought him home at 8 weeks old.He never chewed anything in the home as (very unusual for a Boxer) he always had a recreational bone available.
He is now 6 years old, in fabulous, healthy conditon and has beautiful white teeth.
I would never feed dog food again.
As long as the bone is raw, it will be fine to give to your puppy. Just don't give her a cooked one, they are more likely to splinter.

Cardboard boxes are fun for pups too - and cheaper!

Give her some raw chicken wings. We are barf fans too. Much smaller poos and less smelly urine.
