Looking for a puppy or youngish dog to adopt for my MIL in South Wales- does anyone have any CONTACTS?

My mil has recently lost her adult dd and hasn't picked up so well since. She's lonely and we would really like to get her a little dog to keep her company as she loves dogs.

She lives in South Wales, does anyone know of anybody trying to rehome any puppies or small dogs around that area? we can travel (within reason)

Any help appreciated! Thanks

Thank you guys! I don't personally live in South Wales, just mil does, in the Valleys. But we'll get the dog for her as she doesn't drive. Will go check those links now!

the dogpages ones all work together so if you find a dog that isnt in south wales they can get someone from a local rescue to home check and if needs be get a transport run to get the dog to you! - we help with these runs sometimes!

really fairibell, that's interesting! It's great that you help with that kind of thing, I'm sure they need all the help they can get! Having a look round the dogpages forums now...

The Dogs Trust has a centre in Bridgend if that's anywhere near her.

many tears rescue do great work, they usually have ex-breeding dogs rescued from puppy farms.
