My cats got a sore bottom- advice please

My cat has a small red mark on the skin of her bottom. Its pinky colour and doesn't seem to be bothering her. I wonder if she has somehow scraped her skin but can't see how she would. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks

I would wait and see if it starts bothering her.
Has she been wormed lately? Sometimes when they've got worms, they will scrape their back end along the floor or anything else to scratch it so that's a possible?

It's prob nothing though and if it's not bothering her, I wouldn't worry x
