dp has said they get lonely whihc ive also read, so now we've said maybe we'll get 2, boy and girl and make sure he/theyy(?) are neutered?.

Theyl be staying outside the playroom and am after quite a high hutch, but have been looking on net and theres so much to buy and it all costs so much! (weather protective covers for hutch, made by nasa!, £60+)...what will i need and what ARE good buys???

bit of tarpaulin will do the weather proofing for a fraction of the cost!

will it? and (stupid and soft emocion) will it/they be warm enough in there???

they have fur and live in fields

Seriously - with some tarpaulin over the grate, loads of straw in their bed and a buddie to cuddle up to, they'll be fine

You will also need to build a nice large run for them, they must under no circumstances be left in the run all the time!

I meant the hutch, free access between the run and the hutch is preferable so they can choose, or have another hutch in the run.
