Cheap Dog Biscuits (bulk)

Hi my friend wants to buy 10 or 12kg bags of unbranded dog biscuits - where is the cheapest place to buy them?

Thats still pretty expensive. Do you have a wholesale place near you? I buy my dog food from an animal food wholesale barn, they sell in bulk to farmers and breeders but also individuals. I don't buy the cheapest bsicuits but I know they do some very cheap 15-20kg sacks. Also Countrywide do some pretty cheap sacks, don't know if you've got one of them near you?

If you can find a feed suppliers, I think you can get "working dog biscuits" which you don't have to pay the vat on?
