Cat food recommendations

I’m interested in what people are feeding their cats and why. I’m trialling Scrumbles at the moment but I’m finding they’re rejecting it in favour of Seriously Good. However, the latter is nutritionally inferior and more expensive.

Mine like thrive dry and encore dry
They get a mix of wet foods as they are more fussy with that

My vets recommended I try Katkin for my two cats, although it's expensive Im really impressed and have been using it for 6 months. In terms of flavours, my cats dislike the chicken for some reason.

One of my cats has some skin conditions and the food has helped improve her coat. The customer service is also very good, one of my cats passed away and they were quick to remove her details from my profile and they made it really easy for me to cancel her subscription.

Initially I wasn't too keen on subscribing however I've since found it's much easier than having to add it to my shopping list each week as I tend to shop in different supermarkets each week.

My cats hated it. I gave it all to a local charity!

Mine's still going strong at 19 on Whiskers.

I’ve tried multiple expensive grain free , high meat content etc
Rotating between Felix and Gourmet - intense and the Gold tins , these are the favourite at the moment , he will wait for me to buy the large box and will then of course refuse them and cry pitifully until he gets something else
He’s struggling at the moment with the heat so not eating much during the day , however 1 am , 3am and approx 4.30am seems very happy to be scoffing his face
Not that I need to sleep or anything, it’s only work eh ?

I had a cat that lived until 12 and only loved that!! My two cats currently only go for royal canin. I tried to feed them other brands but nope…

Bless my cats are also struggling with the heat but one of my cat love the cat yoghurt if that helps. Sainsbury ones!

Thank you , yes we have the Aldi version - salmon or chicken and that’s never refused
I do feel sorry for animals in this heat with their fur coats on 😩
