Tracking collar for cats?

Hi can anyone recommend a tracking collar for cats? We’ve moved and I’m nervous about letting them out. They all seem so bulky the ones I’ve looked at online. Would love some personal recommendations?

Attach an AirTag/Chipolo/whatever and hope they don't go out of range. The collars are way too bulky.

We had one of the old style Tractive collars for our cat, but have just upgraded to the new one they’ve brought out, and it’s much more streamlined. The new one actually is incorporated into a collar so it’s much less bulky.
