A pair of giant african snails

any advice on how to look after them?

they dont look very cuddly!

Apparently they are called Dash and Speedy

They are amazing to watch when they eat and they sort of nible your hand - good fun and pretty harmless, more interesting than blimmin goldfish anyway!

Do you have acess to vast quantities of cabbage?

They had these at Edinburgh zoo. I held one. it was quite charming in it's own way...

wannabe, they'd keep you going for a week! dp says these ones aren't that big, but the picture that I linked to has them crawling on some blokes hand, and you can't actually see his hand, because the snails are bigger than it.
