Mine far prefers to drink out of human cups then her own bowl. She is particularly fond of the glass of water beside DH's bed. I'm not sure if he knows

But I thought cows milk was meant to be bad for cats?

Not buying her cat milk any blooming more.

my cat lived to 15 and always had cows milk (I wonder how old he would have got if we had never given it to him ?)

Some cats (about 25% apparantly) cannot digest lactose so cows milk makes them sick. That is why the tell you not to give it. My cat on the other hand can cope with milk perfectly well and loves it so I let her have it.

SHall I tell you what my cat likes to eat?

banana milk
custard
prawns
roast chicken
chip shop chips
sweetcorn

My cat will refuse to eat anything other than cat food (no fish, chicken, tasty treats) but LOVES butter! I can never leave it out or it ends up with these little scratchy tongue marks in it!
