Cats acting feral

Hi, my neighbour has 4 cats 2 of which act completely feral, one of those killed my young rabbit and together they are fighting every other cat in the neighbourhood. Literally ganging up on other cats. Yesterday they Injured my neighbours cat which could have been a lot worse if another neighbour didn't scare them off. The owners don't care, I told them about my rabbit and they offered to buy some cat repellant which I am still waiting for 2 months on. How do I report the owners/cats because this can't continue it's everyday and they are going to end up killing someone thing else?

I suspect they are not neutered? You could try a local cat rescue if they have a neutering programme and see if they would be able to help, but it would only be with the owner's consent I am afraid. Unfortunately there is no law re neutering and thus is why rescues are full. Poor cats.

Unfortunately there’s nothing to report. Cats have the right to roam and aren’t subject to the same level of control as dogs - which also means owners aren’t responsible in the same way that dog owners are responsible.

The best thing you can do is cat-proof your garden and rabbit run so that they can’t get into your property in the first place.
