Random circumstances but we have him now! He has fleas and he’s very little. What can we use?

Speak to your vet about treatment. However saying that I've seen rescuers use washing up liquid in a shallow water tub to kill the fleas. Plenty of videos on YouTube how to do it. You need to dry and warm up the kitty afterwards as you don't want their temperature to drop.
