Really worried about post op recovery

My 4 year old rescue girl had an operation to remove massive bladder stones on Friday. Apart from the guilt at not having her diagnosed sooner, and anger towards the emergency vet who failed to spot them on an ultrasound, she’s eating and drinking less and less as the days go on and my regular vet is attending a family funeral in Morocco and I can’t see him until tomorrow morning. What worked yesterday getting her antibiotics hasn’t worked today and she has taken to her crate so I can’t and won’t violate her safe space. I think I managed to get her pain relief down her neck but not the antibiotic. The food I can cope with as she’s carrying excess and I’ll need to address that too longer term but am so worried. Tried home made bone broth (drank that yesterday but not today). All her favourites she’s refusing. Am in a relatively new job and my overall boss is very cold and doesn’t understand although my line manager and my 2 team members have young children so they totally understand. I can’t even think about work today. Anyone else experienced this with their furkids?
