Poorly cat

Hi all was just wondering my cat has been poorly for 5 weeks and has recently improved but still worried he’s been lethargic but no other symptoms he’s 3 years old and he’s had lots of tests if he doesn’t continue to improve he will have to see a specialist has anyone else had this with their kitty

Is he eating OK, is he losing weight? How old is he? If he's got no other symptoms could it just be him slowing down due to age?
