Hi there,

Has anyone taken their dogs to Ireland or France of late? How easy is the AHC process? If anyone has travelled to both, which would be the more dog friendly? Any top tips?

Out of interest, do you need anything to go to Northern Ireland, and what would you need to cross the border ?

From June, you need a Pet Travel Document to take your dog to Northern Ireland.
There are no border checks between NI and Ireland, so I can't see what would stop you from taking your dogs into Ireland.

Taking your pet dog, cat or ferret abroad

Take your pet dog, cat or ferret abroad: getting a pet passport or export health certificate, microchip, vaccinations and tapeworm treatments.
