Going rate for cat feeding and plant watering ?

I usually pay a neighbouring teenager £5 a day to feed my cat when I'm away. He comes in for 5 minutes in the morning and evening to give the cat a cuddle and leave some food.
This time I want him to also water my hanging baskets and plant pots, which should take about 30 minutes every second day for 2 weeks. I don't want to be stingy and but also not over-generous.
Is £5 a day too mean for feeding my cat ? And how much should I add for the plant watering ?

I pay £5 per visit (one visit a day) for cat feeding. I pay the same for plant watering. So a combined £10 a day to feed the cats and water the plants.

Mine charges £12 a day for two cats, one visit, or £17 for two visits. She also waters the plants, brings in post, puts the wheely bins out on bin day and leaves a bottle of milk in the fridge on the last day. She’s fab!
