Anyone there? I am wide awake listening to my wonderful dog sleeping knowing that she is going to either die naturally in the next few days or will be pts. She is such an amazing dog and very loved family member. Spent the whole weekend in bits.

It's so hard when you know...& it's so hard when they die unexpectedly.

Unfortunately, all you can do right now is love her lots & spoil her rotten & make sure her last few days are good ones.

What's up with her? (Don't answer if it's too upsetting).

We are waiting for the test results but the vet thinks she has lymphoma and she is showing all the symptoms, every one. I know we haven’t had the results back but she is not ok. Her behaviour is so different. She is such a lovely dog.

I'm so sorry. I'm glad that she is loved, and she is warm and well-fed and looked after. She's had a lovely life with you.

She has had a lovely life, we have been so lucky to have her. She is only 5, just wish she could have been with us longer.

So sorry… it’s utter heartbreaking. Our dog died very suddenly in November and we are all still heartbroken. (She was only 9y/o). She was my DH’s first love dog and he has been a shell of himself. We now live in an apartment, and neither of us has time for a dog atm, but I suspect the next house will be dog friendly.

The hole left by her will be huge, I am totally devastated and lost right now.

It’s amazing how much space they fill in our hearts.
