I rang the R.S.P.C.A. back and reported mad cat lady for cruelty WRT causing stress to one of my cats, to which he is prone.

He's not eating very well since all of this started and has suffered a nasty bout of stress induced cystitis before now. He'll be ok, poor sod.

R.S.P.C.A. inspector called the following day, has had experience of many mad cat lady's and said she doubts MCL will try it again once she calls her back. If she does, she (R.S.P.C.A. inspector) wont bother me again regardless

The community police officer actually went to see you because you park your car on your drive? What did they say? This is hilarious!

My diagnosis is that your neighbour is deranged and insanely jealous of your family and cats.
