Dog stepped on my 7 month old

I have a small dog (about 7kg), she has been really stressed last few days after being attacked by another dog (normally very careful around baby). She literally stood on my baby’s right eye with one paw as she was trying to reach over for me. My son didn’t cry and his eye seems fine. Apart from cleaning it with a cotton pad soaked in cooled boiled water, should I get him checked out? There is no obvious discharge/ redness, he isn’t scratching his eye. Thanks

If baby didn't react at all and there's no sign of injury I'd assume your dog realised and didn't put any pressure and therefore no damage or you got lucky.

I'd keep an eye on it for a few days but wouldn't worry

I don't think I would if he didn't cry and it's not irritating him or red. It would depend on the dog though. Does your dog have long claws? I'd be worried about a scratch if they do, although I think that would be irritating for your DC. I'd just keep a watch out for any redness or irritation.
