Thank you @SallyWD that sounds amazing. So expensive though, I'm on such a tight budget 😢

I use Zyklene, Dorwest herbs Valarian tabs, Nutracalm, an Adaptil collar and Adaptil Spray. Costs me a fortune and you need to build up for a bit beforehand.
