Moving to Lithuania, can I take my cats

Hi, I am moving to Lithuania and want to take my cats. I understand the vaccination rules, but how do I get them there. Flights for pets are very expensive, what about by land, any help would be appreciated.

You can drive them yourself or hire a pet transport company to do it but it's hugely stressful on them as they're stacked in cages for days with other animals. I'd fly them.
