We are on holiday in rural Spain and a very small cat made friends with us on day 1. It is very thin and small, I think it may still be a kitten. We’ve fed it, it meows and allows us to stroke it.
Fur is not in good condition, please see pic. I think it may have tics as I could feel tiny bumps around its neck.
how can we help it? Should we try to administer flea/tick treatment?
For context we come here every year and there is always a new cat or cats around the house, they seem to have a population of strays who for the most part are looking healthy.
