Dog insurance

My dog is due to stay with a pet minder in September and has told me because her dog is neutered I need to get my dog neutered aswell as her insurance won’t cover her? Both dogs are boys Need some advice please

My friend is a dog walker and has home boarders. Her insurance does not allow intact males over 1 year. It does also affect the pack dynamic mixing neutered and un neutered dogs.
