So we got a rescue / rehomed dog about a month ago. All his paperwork just shows vaccinations, nothing about his teeth. Today at the Vet we were told he has a couple of extra teeth, not baby teeth (he's nearly 3) just extra ones that aren't bother but are nonetheless, there.
Does anyone know why this happens and is it from bad breeding? We have so little background on him. Ultimately it doesn't matter because he is ours now and we're looking after him. I was just curious about why this might happen. Thanks.
