Our cat has fleas and has brought some into the house. Said cat is being treated at vets tomorrow, but is there anything I can spray on the carpets to kill of any lingering fleas?

Obviously, that should be "kill OFF"!

You can usually buy stuff from the vets for carpets, floors etc iirc.

There is something you can buy.
We used to have a cat and it bought fleas into our house.
We got some stuff from the pet shop that you spray everywhere and then you leave the room for 30 mins while it takes effect.

It was excellent and got rid of them but it was quite expensive at £7.
Thats going back about 8 years ago.

However I cannot remember what it was called.
You should find something similar if you have a look.
You need something that kills the eggs as well.
