Help!! What happened to my little buddy?

Yesterday, my almost 2yr old dog Jasper, did the scariest thing. He made a wierd noise, came walking/staggering to the back door, and when he finally got there, he bumped into the screen door, got really wobbly, and looked so lost. He seemed like he was not sure he was on the ground when he tried to step, and he seemed like he had no clue where he was or what to do. His heart rate shot way up, and his breathing got really quick and really shallow, where I thought he might stop breathing. This all happened in only a couple of minutes(seemed like an eternity) and I grabbed him, ran to my car, forsaking all regard for life and limb of anyone else, raced to the closest vet like a madman. They were closed(of course) I'm freaking out, and he is sitting in the car just looking at me like I'm crazy.(I am) I think this all occurred in a matter of no more than 10 minutes. But at this point he seemed almost normal. I swear he looked like he was going to just fall down dead one minute then he's back to normal(I hope). Not a mark on him, Don't know if he might have ingested something, and no signs of trauma. Any clues. Thanks

Has he got something stuck between his pads? Only other thing i can think of is if he went a bit lightheaded and scared himself. How is he now?

If he does it again you should probably take him to the vet to make sure it isn't anything serious.

Sounds like a fit. Can dogs get epilepsy? I don't know. I would get him checked out tbh.
