No, sorry, but try Epupz , we have had three dogs off there, and they are very good at campaining against puppy farms, and will immediately ban any user that seems to be just 'shelling' out dogs left, right and centre.
Its free, and is the main place people sell/buy dogs on the internet.

quickdraw, no we dont have one already but my parents have always had yorkies so am fairly familiar with them!
