What animal?

Ginandjuice57884 · 13/02/2024 18:23

Depends on the animal. The practice will have a baseline cost but a Chihuahua and a great Dane will differ because they will need a different amount of medicine.

He's a Pug 25kg - thank you.

25 kilo pug? Are you sure?!

Grotbag81 · 13/02/2024 18:35

No, just a guess he on the chubby side but not really fat.

Unless he's the size of a border collie I don't think he'd be 25 kg.

A small dog would probably be around £200 round here. You're best off calling your vet to ask, though.

Thank you, to all 💐

I've just googled and no he definitely isn't 4 stone 🙈, I think 1.5 stone 😂.

Why don't you just ask your vets?

Deebee90 · 14/02/2024 00:03

I had to put my spaniel down In south Manchester and for euthanasia and the cremation we paid £395 . It’s bloody expensive. I miss my boy every day.

DahliaMacNamara · 14/02/2024 00:07

Good grief.
We had our 10kg terrier euthanised a couple of years ago and it was around £120. The insurance technically covered it, but it the cost only exceeded the excess by about £25.

Grotbag81 · 15/02/2024 16:27

It cost 95 with generic cremation.

Thanks for all the advice.
