Pests or birds??

Hi just noticed so poops on my window sill on 1st floor. What could this be please??? It's freaking me out??? Just birds or is this rats or something else?!

It looks like that of a pet, It could be something from the rate family.
In my opinion.

Difficult to say, I'm going with seagull shit that has had most of the white stiff washed away. Doesn't look like rat poo, also why would they be on the window ledge.

Looks like wet snail poo to me, Google it. Or lift up a brick or log or something outside and compare.
