Dog bark has changed !

My JRT bark has suddenly lots it’s pitch thankfully ! Does anyone have any experience with this ?
Am wondering if she has a sore throat ?

How old is she? Most of my dogs have developed more husky voices with age.

This can be a symptom of tick bite.

A change in the sound of a bark (dysphonia) can be a symptom of a few different things, laryngeal collapse for example, but also less dramatic things. Best to get her checked over by a vet.

She is 8 so not very old . I noticed yesterday morning and when I got home from work my husband who is very un observant commented.
