We use Animal Friends. Over the last year of our old cat's life, they paid out for every claim without quibble. We've gone back to them with our new kitten.

Fab - they were who I was thinking. I've got a good quote from them but thought I'd do my research, Thank you!

We're with Petplan. Have had to claim lots this last year due to a cat with an overactive thyroid and they've paid out promptly every time no quibble (and been very communicative when delay was caused by our vet having a backlog).

Renewal came up in the midst of it all and has only gone up by about £3 a month which I was pleasantly surprised by.

I was with many pets and very happy with them until they hugely increased the premiums.

I use Waggel and was really surprised on my last claim they processed it and the money was in my account all within 48 hours.

Ask your vet who they deal with direct as unless you have the money spare to pay before your claim is settled. We are with Emporium but have to pay and then vet submits a claim and our vet can take 4/6 weeks to do this, so it’s 8 weeks before we get our money back.

I always used Animal Friends for old Ddog. Paid out fast and never had a claim refused. Good cover too.
