Help! What's wrong with my dogs eye??

Have an appointment at the vet tomorrow but just looking for any opinions on what could be wrong? Started off a little bloodshot, cleared up then came back. Struggling at times to keep if open and noticed a little red bit and kind of cloudy over the black in his eye?

My dog gets a red eye and it usually then starts to leak gunk. Conjunctivitis - vet prescribes antibiotic cream or drops.

They will test for ulcers though - usually popping some dye in.

Could be an infection. Could be glaucoma.

Looks like hypahema (blood in eye, between cornea and iris). Possibly traumatic cause, maybe uncomfortable and will need drops to relieve the inflammation.

Edited to add - hyphaema can lead to secondary glaucoma

Said it was a scratch, got paracetamol & eye cream but looks worse so have to take him back.

Looks a bit like my dog’s glaucoma did when it first showed up.
