What is this on my cats nose?

My cat who is less than a year old has this grey patch on her nose, feels rough when you touch it but he doesn't pull away like it's sore when I do this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

No idea , but it looks like it urgently needs a vet to take a look.

Sorry just seen this, yes I took him in, it was sunburn, he's had some antibiotics and it's fully healed. Thanks 👍😁
