Hey everyone, my 8 month old kitten is suffering from the runs, which has been going on for 2 weeks and he hasn’t eaten anything new, no plants or flowers in the house etc and is an indoor cat. We have a vet appointment for tomorrow, we have lifetime cat insurance, how does this work? I’m a little clueless, do I pay for his consultation and then the insurance pays for any medical stuff he needs? Grateful for any help

I think most insurances are the same, in that you pay the fees then you download and fill out a claim form, attach the receipts and give it to the vet practice, they stamp and sign as proof of expenditure, then you send it off, that’s what I do with my insurance for my cats.
