Any vets around? My dog has just started vomiting blood!

She was fine a couple of hours ago, she is a sensitive thing with plenty of allergies and had a couple of hicups during the week but she seemed fine and happy a couple of hours ago.

I gave her a bath, put some anti flea product on her back as a preparation for being dropped at the kennels on Friday. And... I have just got down to find she has vomited her food and now is vomiting blood stained liquids (sorry TMI). She has had similar after several days of heavy vomiting (last time because she ate a bit of spaguetti bolognese that had fallen from the table), but I have never seen her get so bad so fast. Any possibility of the aniflea causing a reaction?

Where can I find an afterhours Vet Service?

Have you tried ringing your vets usual number - ours has an out of hours emergency service that they give the number for on their answephone message !!!

Good luck !

Poor thing

If you call your vets there should be a number on the answer phone to call out of hours.

It is expensive though .

Hops someone else comes with advice.

I'm back from the vets and pancreatitis it is

She has had 2 injections and I'm to take her back tomorrow morning if she starts getting dehidrated. The poor thing is a mess, wheezing when she breaths, but still not as bad as she was last time.
