Any ideas why my cat has a round tummy?

My cat is 1, she's a rescue and in September I took her to the vets and they gave her a three month worming tablet. Well, she's looking very round in her tummy and she's not eating more than usual. She's an indoor cat and is spade, so she's definitely not pregnant and I might have thought worms but the worming treatment should still be in her system, shes not due another tablet until December. Has anyone got any ideas? Thank you

What does it feel like? Soft? Hard? Just under the skin or deeper in the flesh?

I've just tried to feel her tummy, she's quite skitty which makes it difficult but her tummy feels full and round, like she's just had a good meal but it's not tight or hard.

I feed her wet food, which she's eating the same amount but she does also have cat biscuits left out for her, so I don't know if she's eating more of those than usual.

Her fur does seems thicker round her tummy too, so I don't know if that's making her look more rounded.
