Hey,
Looking advice on what products I can use on laminate floor, that both myself, son and rabbit use, so needs to be animal friendly but also strong enough to proper clean it and remove germs etc..
My family recently purchased a beautiful little rabbit, she is a Netherlands dwarf and about 3/4 months old now. Our original plan was to have outdoor rabbits but she was too small and adorable to put there so decided to keep inside, which we are loving, however had to improvise with housing etc.
We bought her a very cage for safety if needed to be secure mostly when I'm at work, then would free roam when we were home. I also purchased a large pen for times when she could be out but not around the full house. Turns out she's pretty shy but feels very comfortable in her pen, where she doesn't jump out etc so she's ended up staying in all the time, with the cage attatched, just to keep her used to it, incase it is every needed. We really didn't have space for the pen to be up all the time so it sits in my livingroom floor on top of my laminate flooring, she does have litter tray, bedding, pillows, rugs etc so she doesn't really mess the floor except for hay or straw getting everywhere. I've been brushing the whole floor and avoiding actual cleaning as didn't want to disturb her, however it's needed done badly. But unsure what to use to do it, to make sure it's safe for her. I use white vinegar and water to clean the things in her room but unsure if that's enough of the floor. Also do I need to use the same product on my full floor, as I have a son (5) whose down on the floor a lot so need something good to lift all the germs.. any advice here at all would be great?
I've even added a wee photo of her 🥰
