Hi,
I am wanting to report a neighbour and her abuse. She has had 3 dogs in total, had the old one a while i think he's passed away now. He was never walked, or any stimulation, a right barker. Now she got a replacement one, same shite, barking for no reason or barking to be let in, then recently got another one again a barker too. Bceause this bitch clearly does not believe in getting them trained!!!!
They all are because she is the worst of the worst, a true lazy dog owner, she dosen't walk, train them. No doubt they are bored out of their head, its not a massive garden either that they continuously get turfed out into.
Its the same shit every day, NOISE POLLUTION, she is the most selfish inconsiderate person i've ever come across - any normal person calls them in or tells them, she can hear them and still persists sit on her fat lazy ass, today it went on for an hour no exaggeration - i check because i have a diary with the council.
They were both trying to jump up to the window - clearly wanting to come in, yet she ignored i know she was there because i heard her generally talking as my and her window was both open - mine open to catch her and tell her how selfish she is inflicting this on everyone day in day out. I know they bark and generally there is no issue if its a few, but hers is not. I believe they are miserable - lacking stimulation - exercise - ignored for up to an hour when wanting to come in and god knows what else goes on.
She does it so frequently and it lasts for ages so i do believe it is excessive. Why she got another when she cannot look after the one she has is beyond me. I was waiting to say something to her today but she didn't come to get them in until i had to go back to work or trust me she would have got a piece of my mind - its been years of this shit. I've had enough. Other people around here might not say anything but I WILL.
Anyone i can contact? I was just going to ring RSPCCA but they are saying emergency ones which this isn't an emergency right now but a general concern nonetheless.
