Poorly kitten

Kitten was ill over xmas - didn't eat or drink for 6 days starting with vomiting. Finally got him drinking on xmas eve and has picked up since. Think he may of electrocuted himself as he keeps chewing thru wires. He is still being sick tho. Could it be shock still,worms or cos he has long hair? Any ideas?

Lots of bugs going round even in pets, id take to vet tho as 6 days is a long time, especially not to drink.

Please get him to the vet - needs to be checked for a foreign body in his intestine, especially if he has not had diarrhoea but only sickness. Kittens around Christmas with sparkly wrapping and ribbon about = potential problems.
